As a limited public company, SINOTRANS AIR was founded on 11 October 1999 with the approval of State Commission of Economics and Trade. Its major sponsor is China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corp. which made investment in kind. Its other four sponsors are China Machinery Import & Export (Group) Co.Ltd., Beijing Capital Tourism Co. Ltd, Beijing Agriculture Indusrtry & Commerce Associated Corp. and Beijing Haicheng Telecommunication Technology Co.Ltd. which made investments in capital. The registered capital of Sinotrans Air is over 304.8 million RMB yuan.
Sinotrans Air Transportation Development Co.,Ltd Jinan Branch is an individual company of Sinotrans Air. In May 2006 Jinan airport established declaration office and customs warehouse to fully undertake the declarations, operations, warehousing and delivery business. Supported by the company’s world wide networking and brotherhood companies, we have done well in the import and export business in almost every aspect of logistics business, not limited to the air transportation line. Besides, we have established the international express business, which is supported by the local customs department and set up a supervision warehouse at the airport.
